Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Prices

Pulse costs $99 a month, or $990 a year.

Founder pricing. Roughly our first 50 customers pay $79 a month, or $790 a year. The founder price stays for as long as that subscription continues without a break. If the subscription ends, including because a payment could not be collected, any later subscription is at the standard price.

Prices are in US dollars.

Payment Methods

Payments are taken by card through our payment processor, Stripe.

Billing

Subscriptions are charged monthly or annually from the date you subscribe until you cancel.

Subscription Changes

You can switch between monthly and annual billing from the billing section of your account.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or by emailing support@botomic.trade. Cancellation stops renewal, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period unless you cancel for a refund under this policy or exercise another right to end access sooner.

Refund Policy

Within 14 days. If you cancel within 14 days after the day your first subscription payment succeeds, we refund that payment in full and your access ends. You can cancel from your account page, by emailing support@botomic.trade or by writing to our registered office. Any clear statement that you want to cancel is enough; you can use the form below, but you don't have to. We refund without undue delay, and within 14 days of hearing from you, using your original payment method and charging no fee.

After 14 days. Renewals and later payments are not refundable except where our Terms or the law give you a right to a refund. You can still cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

This policy does not limit any longer legal cancellation period, or your remedies if Pulse is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

Free Trial

Each account may start one free 7-day Pulse trial. No payment card is needed. The trial ends automatically after 7 days and nothing is charged. A trial includes the full Pulse product, with a smaller daily allowance for looking up stocks outside the ranking.
